Aero CC41 Collarless Cotton Shirt

We are delighted to introduce our perfect recreation of a typical WW2 era CC41 Collarless Shirt, made in  pure cotton with a soft stripe colourway which makes them ideal for that classic wartime look. The Aero shirt has been recreated using original garments from our archive as a template and is fitted with a reproduction of an original 1940's CC41 label.

They are fitted with single cuffs and long shirt tails and the sleeve length is a generous 35" (Centre Back Neck to Cuff End)

These shirts were generally worn without a collar by artisans and manual workers while office workers would wear theirs with a detachable collar. The collar stand on our shirt has been fitted with buttonholes on each side of front and with one in the centre back so they can we worn with a detachable collar for more formal occasions.Seperate original WW2 era white collars and collar studs are easily obtainable on ebay or etsy and are also available from specialist Outfitters servicing the legal profession
