Kid's USAAF Type B-10 Flight Jacket we say about the adult's Type B-10 , the kids Type B-10 is no different to the "Real" version, only the price differs!: "The B-10 was the first of the USAAF Cloth flight jackets, it was introduced in 1943 to replace the Type A2 when Hap Arnold decided that leather was a "luxury" flight crews could do without. We offer the same Type B-10, same materials, same patterns, same wool jersey. These beautiful and warm flight jackets are made from Cotton Sateen that was dyed to EXACTLY match a pair of boxed Type A-11 deadstock flight pants. Basic spec is: SHELL 100% Sateen Cotton Finished Olive Green; LINING 100% Alpaca Wool; COLLAR Genuine Mouton Fur; JERSEY 100% Knitted Wool; ZIPPER Vintage Talon or Vintage Conmar zipper while stocks last. We've tried several times go get a good colour photographic reproduction of this jacket, unfortunately none of the shots get a really true Olive Green, but the close up of the neck area Bottom RH Corner is VERY close to "real life".
