Pure English Cotton CC41 Spearpoint Collar Shirts

While it's still possible to pick up most items of vintage clothing from the 1930s and 1940s including collarless shirts, it's almost impossible to find original wearable Spearpoint collar shirts.

We've taken an original CC41 shirt and recreated every aspect of the design using the correct 1940s style stripe in a high grade pure English cotton. These superb shirts are hand made in Great Britain, exclusively for Aero, by a proper Mayfair of London shirtmaker who's own label shirts sell for £120.

Our shirt uses the traditional single needle construction with no overlocking. As well as making sure the collar is exactly the right size and shape we've insisted that there is no fused stiffening in the collar so the vital neck area looks totally correct for the 1930s/1940s period. The body has a traditional loose cut with a longer tail, the shirt pulls on over the head and has a single cuff. To complete the original design we've even recreated the original Utility label which bears the correct specification number for this design.

The sizes are marked 1 to 6 instead of by collar size in inches to fully recreate the original 1940s style, and come in 3 colour ways; blue, pink and white - see all photos.

Size 1 = 15" Collar
Size 2 = 15 ½" Collar
Size 3 = 16" Collar
Size 4 = 16 ½" Collar
Size 5 = 17" Collar
Size 6 = 17 ½" Collar
