We feel there are probably lots of youngsters out there who would love a jacket "just like Dad's". Our Kids Type A-2 is just a Mens WW2 Type A-2 in miniature. Insignia is not included in the price, we don't have many patches in small sizes but we can usually find something suitable for the junior crew member.
All materials used on our Kid's range are regular Aero grade but to keep the prices as low as possible these jackets are made mainly of from odd skins and large off cuts. This means there might be occasional slight mismatching of shade or grain, or scarring on the skins. In this case scarring and mismatched grain only adds to the authentic feel of a period jacket.
As kids grow so quickly, we recommend ordering one size larger than their age/size at the moment so they have room to grow into it.
