Designed as a practical work jacket for cowboys, the Lee Rider Jacket was the first shorter style Western jacket and has with authentic zig zag stitched placket, a wise waistband with cats eye adjustors, and twin chest pockets – slanted for ease of access when on a horse.
The world's first slim denim jacket – invented by Lee in 1948. Rendered in Lee's new LIZ fabric: a modern interpretation of the archival Western Weave which was unique to Lee.
Inspired by the 1950s ‘polished cotton’ it’s a durable 11-ounce sateen twill in a heritage stone colour with a slightly slubby look and feel. Soft grey threads, gunmetal Wobbly Lee® buttons that are straight out of our archive, and the heritage Lee Westerner label.
