End-of-Season Sheepskin Event: Limited Special Runs
As winter begins to draw to a close here in Scotland, the workshop is starting the gradual shift from sheepskins and winter jackets back to our more regular production schedule and at this time of year, we occasionally find ourselves with some extra winter materials in our warehouse.
So just before the season officially ends, we've gathered together a small number of limited runs and special offers for a short end-of-season sheepskin event!
Outlaw Vest Limited Run
We currently have a limited run of Outlaw Vests available with a 20% end-of-season reduction, with only one piece available in each size from 38 to 48.
The Outlaw vest takes its inspiration from the cut-down military sheepskin jackets worn by American bikers in the late 1940s, as well as the iconic look popularised by Marlon Brando in The Wild One. Designed with a close, fitted cut, the vest captures the character of those early post-war riding garments while remaining a practical and versatile piece in its own right.
RAF Pre War - Final 'Pebbled Grain' Run
We have also produced a small final run of our RAF Pre-War flight jackets, cut from the last remaining hides of our Pebbled Grain Merino RAF sheepskin, and again, offered with a 20% end-of-season reduction! As with the Outlaw vests, only one jacket is available in each size (38 to 44).
The RAF flying jacket really doesn't need introduction and remains one of the most recognisable garments in aviation history. Our Pre-War RAF jacket recreates the earliest pattern of these garments, characterised by large panels joined vertically with minimal horizontal seaming, reflecting the construction methods used before wartime material shortages led to more complex panel layouts.
This particular 'Pebbled Grain' sheepskin has been especially well regarded for its distinctive grain and character, and once these jackets are gone we will not be able to produce further RAFs in this hide. Only a limited number have been made from the final stock and this will be the last opportunity to acquire this particular version of the jacket.

Blizzard Offering
For the coming week, we're also making our Blizzard jacket available at a special end-of-season 10% reduced price!
Inspired by 1920s winter coats and developed from our famous Barnstormer, the Blizzard is designed as a true cold-weather leather jacket: practical, protective and built to endure severe conditions while retaining the distinctive character of a classic Aero garment.
Purpose-built and unmistakably traditional, the Blizzard remains one of the best winter designs we produce and ordering now means you'll have it well in time for next winter!
Outlander 'Raw or Taped' Competition
We introduced the Outlander sheepskin jacket a few months ago and it has quickly become a favourite both in the workshop and among our customers.
Since its launch, we've produced the Outlander in a variety of different sheepskins and with two distinct seam finishes: Raw Edge, where the fleece is left visible at the seams for a rugged, traditional appearance, and Taped Edge, finished with leather taping for a cleaner, more tailored look. Both versions have their admirers here at the factory, and the debate over which we prefer is still ongoing.
So we've decided to ask for your help…
